Jack Attack!

Jack Attack!

Jack Crevelles are a killer salt water sport fish to say the least. Jacks are aggressive, super fast and love to plow flies with a vengeance. These fish are located in almost every salt water destination and vary in size from 2-3 pounds to 20-30 pounds. Jacks can grow to even bigger sizes. These fish love to play with poppers on the surface, subsurface baitfish flies and most of the time anything that moves quickly in the water.

In the photo above my buddy Andrew Bennet landed this nice jack that creamed his popper fly. Andrew is the owner/operator of Deneki Outdoors. Deneki runs fly fishing lodges around the world.If you get yourself into a nice school of jacks you will likely get tired of them quick for they fight champs and in numbers can wear out an angler in now time.
